• ONLY I.P.S. MEMBERS CAN REGISTER FOR THE CONVENTION
• Registration includes accommodation, gifts, and breakfast lunch & dinner on 9th &10th Feb. at the venue of convention.
• Accommodation to students is provided in hostels at Darshan Dental College campus on twin sharing basis, for two days.
Limited accommodation, allotment on “first come basis.”
• Registration charges for IPS members include accommodation at Hotel India International on twin sharing basis only for two days. (Check-out Time – 12 noon)
• Only limited accommodation available for IPS members and will be provided if the registration is received before 15th Dec 2007, after which it is subjected to availability.
Any extension of the stay should be informed earlier and is subject to availability.
• Delegates who require other accommodation facilities are requested to contact concerned hotels. (The list is enclosed in the brochure or you can contact us for the list of hotels.)
• Any queries regarding package tours or individual tours, kindly contact us before 15th Dec through e-mail or post. There are no. of package available for visiting near by sites.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION:
Cancellation of registration would be done only after a request is made in writing through e-mail/ by post.
Upto 30th Dec. – 25% refund.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER/POSTER PRESENTATIONS
1.
Abstracts may be submitted for either oral, poster or table clinic presentation categories. The presenting author must register as delegate for10th national pg convention, Udaipur.
2.
One student is allowed to present a maximum of one paper and one poster only in convention.
3.
All participants are invited to submit abstract(s) for oral, poster and table clinic presentation on the prescribed form by 10-1-2008 .Abstract is to be submitted by e-mail at abstract@10prosthopgconvention.com and also by mail to the address given on the abstract form.
4.
Submission will be acknowledged by return e-mail. Please contact if you do not receive an acknowledgement.
5.
For oral presentation, a time of 8minutes for presentation plus 2 minutes for discussion will be allowed.
6.
All the abstracts for paper, poster and clinic presentations will be screened, and organizing committee reserves rights for acceptance or rejection of abstracts.
7.
All the abstracts should be submitted as per guidelines given below.

Abstracts should contain -
Title
Student’s Name;
Name of the Institution (contact details)
Content: should be concise, not more than 150 words
Format: should be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12 , with single line spacing
GUIDELINES FOR POSTER/TABLE CLINICS PRESENTATION
1.
All posters must conform only to a prescribed size of 3’x 2.5’in a vertical format i.e.3’height x 2.5’ width
2.
Posters that do not conform to size will be disqualified
3.
Poster boards will be located in poster hall and would be displayed in batches, timings will be intimated later.
4.
To attach posters you need to bring adhesive tape and scissors, push pins are not acceptable
5.
Title should be minimum of 2 cm height, and all other contents should be minimum of 1cm height. Please ensure all figures, illustrations should be made viewable from 2mts.(institutional affiliation, guide names should not be printed on the poster)
6.
Posters/table clinic presenters are responsible to bring required materials and equipments.
7.
The number of participants will be limited to maximum 3 students for poster presentation and maximum of 4 students for table clinic presentation
